Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this time may not be accommodated, but you can return the order for a full refund after it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days of your order date, with shipping occurring the next business day. Note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays. What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant details upon receiving your package. We will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't seen the refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account
